Making the most of your KPI’s
This module requires that you input some of your monthly figures, ACIS also input purchase and stock figures. From this information, a series of reports and charts can be generated.
Reports – Bodyshop YTD, Group Month, and Group Ytd show in detail the Key Performance Indicators such as % of the sale to target, labour/parts GP, and profitability.
Purchases
This takes your purchases and splits them into key categories such as colour, clear, hardener, abrasives, fillers, valeting.
The reports and charts show your spending trends and highlight usage by month and year to date. For groups, a summary shows the whole group purchase trends.
