PAS125/10125 Self audit tool ►

The PAS 125/10125 module is split into the same six categories that BSi/Thatcham use and records how you create, use, and monitor your processes. Using the diary section you can create your own schedule to self-audit each of the six sections during a 12-month period ensuring that you need never fail an external audit again.

Key features include the ability to customise your own diary, fast input of information, scheduled auditing of sections throughout the year, archiving of previous audits, printed reports, a staff training register and an equipment maintenance monitor.

Risk Assessment Programme ►

This module is the perfect partner to your PAS125/10125 system.

A checklist allows you to quickly identify problems and potential problems that can then be recorded as individual risks: The key to risk assessment is to record everything that you do to rectify a problem.

Key features are: a fully customisable checklist, the ability to save all checklist checks, full listing of all risks, the ability to save all details of corrections, summary reports, detailed reports, group level reports. The programme is fast, secure, and easy to use.

Health & Safety Diary ►

This is the ‘full blown’ system for bodyshops that want to take their Health and Safety checks to the next level above Risk Assessment. Ideal for bodyshop groups, with both local and group reporting available 24/7.

Key features are: group level login, bodyshop level login, full list of checks, customisable options, Email prompts and alerts when late completing tasks, group summary and detailed reports, bodyshop summary and detailed reports, remote task and action monitoring.

Management Information ►

This module allows you to input the data that you select onto your bespoke customer area. All reports can be tailored to accommodate individual customers’ requirements, are available 24/7 and can be accessed anywhere there is an internet connection by any authorised user.
