People - here you demonstrate what systems you have to monitor every aspect of your staff, from the initial induction to training completed and required.
Methods - what systems do you have to assess damage and produce estimates. What methods and process do you use for structural work, refinishing, glazing etc. Here you should also show how you handle a job if the methods and processes are absent.
Equipment - using the correct equipment and tools is vital to achieving and maintaining your kitemark standard. use this section to show how you log all equipment for suitability, calibration and maintenance scheduling.
Materials - from compliant refinish systems and segregating processes, to stock that is always within shelf life, these must all handled correctly. Parts and how you handle them throughout the repair can be logged here.
Process - record how you evaluate systems and processes and how you log your findings, also sub contractors, their qualifications and their ability to correctly carry out a process.
Conformity - now that you have the accreditation you must confirm that you correctly show all of the details required.
